Our privacy approach
This app is built and run by Ten Past Tomorrow for organisations on the Path to AI Emergence programme. Here is exactly what happens to what you share.
Your documents
The three files you upload are read once, on our own infrastructure, to draft your State of AI document. They are not stored after the draft is produced. We (Ten Past Tomorrow) cannot see them.
The AI
Drafting is done by Claude, via Anthropic's API. Under that agreement, nothing you share is stored for or used in training AI models.
Your draft
Your draft lives in your own browser while you work on it, so you can come back and finish later on the same device. It is not stored on our servers. When you download the Word file or email it to your vault keepers, that copy is yours.
What we do record
Only that a document was generated: the date, your organisation's name and the name you entered. We use that to know the app is working and being used. No document contents, ever.
